Erik will begin visiting the classrooms and having Chapel time during the month
of October. The teachers will be
posting
the dates and times on their “This Week at Honey Tree.”
Thank You!
We
would like to give a GREAT BIG thank you to the Maria family for donating a new
castle for our “Castle Yard.” After many years we had to remove the old one
that began to crack.
Cold and Flu Season
Unfortunately,
it’s that time of the year. Please remember to keep your child home if they are
sick. We need to keep our school germ-free and keep our children and teachers
healthy.
School Pictures
Brenda
Russett of Candid On Campus Photography will be taking class and individual
color photos the week of October 14th. Look for the schedule outside your child’s
classroom.
Parent Interviews
Parent Interviews Throughout
the weeks of October each class will have a Parent Interview Day. This brief, initial conference time is your
opportunity to share information about your child with the teacher. Check your classroom Parent Boards for date
and times.
It’s Pumpkin Time
Honey
Tree will have its own Pumpkin Patch.
Thanks to all the teachers for making sure 150 pumpkins make it to our
Holy Trinity grass! Each preschooler
and kindergartener will “pick” a pumpkin.
*Parent/2-3
year old classes visit Underwood Family Farms Pumpkin Patch the week of Oct 9th.

Fundraising Events
The
purpose of fundraisers is to supplement “Teacher/Classroom Wish Lists” and to

families are welcome to pick and choose those that are of interest. We will be selling Sees Candy for an early
December delivery. Look for the handouts in November.

Parking Lot Reminder
For
the safety of our children and families please remember to enter the school on
Avenida de los Arboles and exit on Mt. Clef Blvd. Please drive slowly and patiently in the
parking lot. On Monday, October 21st
the front and side of the parking lot are going to be renovated, this will mean
limited parking on the back lot. Please plan on arriving on time, promptly drop
your child off, and leave the parking lot to make room for someone else.
Thank
you for your understanding!
